When washing your uniform, separate it with clothes from the same family of colors: light, dark or colored. The ideal is to always use liquid soap to avoid the whitish stain that the powdered soap can leave. In the case of stains on the clothes we should never use hot water at first, because instead of removing the stain you can "cook" the dirt and make it difficult to remove. First wash with cold water and a white soap (especially the light clothes), the hot water would be in the second stage of the wash. In the case of places with more sweat contact like collar, wrists and under the arms the ideal is you to apply the pure liquid soap directly in these areas and spread it before putting it in the machine. If you have the time and mood to take the scent of sweat leave the pieces of sauce in water with lemon juice or vinegar before washing.
